Every TOP GUN HD technician holds current certifications required for high-risk industrial environments, including H2S Alive, WHMIS, First Aid, Confined Space Entry, and Fall Protection. Apprentices work under the supervision of experienced Red Seal technicians, learning proper procedures, safety standards, and best practices before performing critical tasks independently.
